Smoked Apple Old Fashioned (Bourbon)


  • 2 oz. Bourbon
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 dash Smoked Apple Chicory Black Ink Bitters
  • 1 slice of Apple for muddling
  • 1 slice of Apple for garnish 


Place apple, brown sugar and bitters together in glass. Use a splash of soda water for disolving the sugar. Muddle hard! Pour bourbon into glass and then add in ice. Stir until chill and then garnish with an apple slice.
