Williams Sonoma Santa's Nightcap (Rum/Vodka)

Recipe:

  • 1 oz. WS Irish Coffee Toddy
  • 1 oz. WS Mexican Chocolate Toddy
  • 2 oz. QD Eggnog
  • 1 Scoop of Peppermint Ice Cream 
  • 1 1/2 oz. of spirit (Rum/Vodka is recommended) 
  • 1 Dash of Vanilla Coffee Black Ink Bitters
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon 

Directions: 

Place spirit, cocktail mix and remaining ingredients. Stir and try to thin out the ice cream. Soda water can be added to thin it out if desired. Add in bitters and sprinkle cinnamon on top!
