Marquette Paramount (Gin&Rum)

Recipe:

  • 3 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier 
  • 1/2 oz. Pineapple Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Bombay Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Passion Fruit Rum
  • One Dash of Orange Bitters on top

Directions: 

Place 5 to 6 blueberries on the bottom of the glass. Pour in sweet & sour along with simple syrup. Muddle the ingredients together in the glass. Place your liquor and liqueur into the mix. Shake hard with ice. Prepare a Manhattan glass with a King ice cube. Strain the drink over the ice in the glass. Top it off with BIB blueberry vanilla bitters. Garnish with a mint sprig and 3 blueberries on top of the ice cube.
