Detroit Ignition (Rum)

Recipe:

  • 2 oz. Amaretto Disaronno
  • 1/2 oz. Bacardi Dragon Berry
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
  • One Egg White
  • Splash of Cranberry Juice
  • Cranberry Hibiscus Bitters on top for design

Directions: 

In the glass, add one egg white. Then add in your lemon juice and a splash of cranberry juice. Then add in your liquor. No sugar needed because of the sweetness from the Disaronno. Shake hard with ice. Break up the egg white by shaking longer than usual. Strain into a cocktail glass. Notice the foam surface! Get fancy! Add the BIB cranberry hibiscus bitters on top for a design and a new depth of flavor.
